2010 Year of the Tiger










Gong Xi Fai Cai! May the Year of the Tiger bring you good health and prosperity.

Each year my parents cook up a traditional Chinese New Year feast. It has become a little more fusion-Asian style fare though as we also feasted on fresh Coffin Bay oysters with soy sauce, wasabi prawns, roast duck, soya chicken and grilled snapper.

Now, what to spend my red packet on?
